Have a nice Thursday! Today in this Digest, we have papers with clinical implications for the use of microbiota in disease analysis; for example: a paper presenting a model for the use of gut microbiota for disease classification, or an article showing the impact of microbiota in cardiometabolic risk. Today we have several papers about animal microbiome or studies in animal models, including an interesting article showing a relationship between wasp adaptation and their microbiota.
