Many interesting articles today: Probiotics can inhibit human colonic smooth muscle contraction in vitro in a dose dependent manner, arsenic exposure early in life alters the gut microbiome and can increase E.coli resistance genes, oral administration of two probiotics in mice has specific effects on gene expression in the small intestine, a detailed investigation of the impacts of Tcongolense infection in the tsetse fly, and multiple articles on plant and rhizosphere microbiome volatiles.
