Saccharin and sucralose significantly impaired glycemic responses.

A comprehensive evaluation of microbial differential abundance analysis methods: current status and potential solutions – Lu Yang – Microbiome → assessment of several differential abundance analysis (DAA) tools, using real data-based simulations, suggests that “none of the evaluated methods is simultaneously robust, powerful, and flexible, which makes the selection of the best DAA tool difficult”. These findings suggest that the application of a DAA method depends of data context.
