Happy Saturday! Today, in this Digest: a review about the relationship between hypertension and the gut (including the microbiome as a key player) and a systematic review of the associations between vaginal microbiota, HPV and cervical dysplasia. Today we have also several papers about bioinformatic tools, methods, and techniques associated with microbiome research, including the analysis of well-to-well contamination during microbiome research. And of course, many more papers!
