I just wanted to say Thank You for this wonderful Microbiome Digest. I’m considering tapping into the field of microbiome after my PhD, so your Digest has been so helpful for me to have a broad appreciation of the microbiome research. I feel bad that I can’t contribute meaningfully to the Digest now, but as I read more and actually do microbiome research in the future, I hope I can do something to help. I’ve already forwarded this to two of our faculty members here at Georgetown, and one of them quickly replied and found it interesting.
