Hello again microbiome friends! A paucity of articles in the mail from yesterday, however, I was able to look back through the weekend mail to enable a post for today. Included in the short post is an interesting article on alternative stable states in the intestinal ecosystem and a perspective on therapeutic implications, a preprint on phage recombination as a driver in evolution of spore-forming Bacilli and a news article discussing natural ways to boost immunity in the times of the pandemic. Enjoy!
